Modern cars like the Audi B9 have a fairly rigid body. However, if you put a lot of load on your car while cornering, the thin factory pressed aluminum brace won’t do much to prevent chassis flex as the strut towers flex laterally. The result? Inaccurate steering input and a vague, disconnected feel from the front end.
The RacingLine Body Brace is a rigid and solid billet aluminum replacement that dramatically stiffens the front end of the chassis.
By reinforcing and tying together the front strut towers, the brace helps maintain proper suspension geometry under heavy cornering loads and provides consistent steering response, ensuring a more connected driving experience.
Despite the increased rigidity, this improved handling performance does not sacrifice ride quality or introduce any additional noise, vibration, or harshness into the cabin.
