Made with 63mm (2.5″) mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, this kit offers improved airflow and improved durability over time. They’re wrapped in a textured matte black powder coat. As a finishing touch, they feature matte black silicone hoses, including the turbo outlet pipes, made to high-temperature specifications. This material can withstand a continuous temperature of 240°C. The hose clamps for this location are of the “constant tension” type, meaning they compensate for material temperature fluctuations.
Using 3D scanning to generate a 3D model in our CAD environment truly opens up the possibilities for optimizing products as much as possible. With the given car structure as a base, we repeatedly reworked the radii and angles of the tubing and pipes until there was no more room for improvement. This scientific approach and the flexibility that 3D scanning brings to our developments are unprecedented: we can instantly verify airflow and performance!
