The S55 twin-turbo engine that powers the BMW M2C/M3/M4 F8X is equipped with plastic intercooler hoses. These hoses are a standard connection on any tuned car, or in some cases even on a stock setup. OE plastic hoses often crack/break at the turbo connections, leaving you with a loss of boost.
With high-performance intercooler hoses, you get a solution to the reliability problem that minimizes restrictions while improving airflow!
The final design is an all-aluminum construction with mandrel-bent tubing and CNC-machined turbo flanges. Also included are more durable silicone hoses connecting the hoses to the intercooler inlet flanges and matte black hose clamps.
