This high-performance intercooler was developed by do88 to replace the original/OEM intercooler and provides a true performance upgrade without the need to rebuild the entire vehicle!
Significant advantages of the do88 high-performance intercooler (OEM intercooler):
– Internal volume: 13,770 m3 (7,411 cm3), do88 is 86% larger
– Airflow at 0.15 bar/2.18 psi pressure drop: 356 CFM (218 CFM), do88 63% higher

The do88 high-performance intercooler is an all-aluminum construction with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and a refined core design for the best possible cooling efficiency combined with the lowest possible pressure drop!
Always remember that the OEM intercooler is designed for the power level for which the car was built, and an increase in power, or even very hard use, on a standard version can cause the OEM intercooler to fail to deliver the performance you desire. Therefore, only after an engine software tune will the do88 high-performance intercooler increase performance over the OEM intercooler! The OEM intercooler has plastic reservoirs that don’t hold up very well to higher boost levels, so the do88 high-performance intercooler will also improve reliability!
The do88 high-performance intercooler has 2.5″ (63 mm) hose connections instead of the 2.25″ (57 mm) of the OEM intercooler. Two silicone hoses are included to replace the OEM inlet and outlet intercooler hoses.
The do88 high-performance intercooler comes with all the necessary installation hardware. This intercooler obviously includes all the brackets for the radiator, AC condenser, and air duct. Installation instructions, based on the Saab 9-3, are included as a guide.
