This intercooler is built to provide the best cooling efficiency under harsh conditions. Crafted exclusively from aluminum with continuous welds, it ensures reliability and durability when it matters most. The increased core volume improves cooling efficiency and lowers intake air temperatures.
The stock intercooler’s plastic air guide must be cut (see instructions) to accommodate our large intercooler. This is necessary for most aftermarket intercoolers with a large stepped design like ours. When the plastic air guide is cut, it leaves a large gap at the top of the intercooler that allows valuable ambient air to slip past the intercooler core. We couldn’t tolerate this, so we designed a plastic air guide that prevents this from happening. It is secured over the intercooler core (this air guide is included in the kit).
This intercooler comes with everything you need for easy installation. Bolts, washers, hoses, clamps, J-pipe, air guide, and installation instructions are included.
