The BigPack includes the all-aluminum DO88 high-performance intercooler and a complete side-charge pipe kit with a 3″ (76 mm) throttle body and silicone hoses. This BigPack replaces everything from the intercooler inlet to the throttle body, resulting in a dramatic improvement in airflow and cooling performance.
The DO88 high-performance intercooler is an all-aluminum construction. With flow-optimized, CAD-designed cast-end tanks and an optimized core design, it achieves the best possible cooling efficiency combined with the lowest possible pressure drop!
The charge pipes are made from 3″ mandrel-bent seamless aluminum tubing with a CNC-machined throttle body flange. The high-quality silicone hoses are custom-made with 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement. These hoses can withstand very high temperatures and pressures!
It’s important to note that the OE intercooler and hoses were designed for the power level for which the car was originally built. Any increase in power or heavy use of the vehicle, even in its stock configuration, can exceed the performance capabilities of OE components.
