Wagner Tuning EVO3 competition intercooler kit, for BMW F30/31/32/34/35/36, 335i – 435i N55.
The high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions: 510 mm x 345 mm x 180 mm (stepped 23.56 l). It therefore offers a 165% larger flow surface and a 223% larger charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The high-performance competition mesh is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal flow diverters. Despite its dimensions, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.8 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analysis in the CFD system. The EVO3 intercooler kit was developed directly for The high demands of the high levels of tuning on the BMW M135i and M235i have been eliminated. The original snap-on connections have been eliminated, and the connection diameters at the inlet are 65 mm and the outlet 76 mm. The kit therefore includes two reinforced silicone hoses and a 76 mm aluminum charge air hose. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. It also features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties, ensuring permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The kit is ready to install, including the modified cross-members; minor modifications to the cooler mount are required. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable.
