200001094 – Racing Intercooler Kit for Hyundai I30 1.6 T-GDI and Kia Cee’d GT 1.6T-GDI
The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (300 mm x 350 mm x 125 [65] mm), offering a 100% larger flow surface and a 117% larger charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed high-performance racing mesh is very lightweight, so the complete intercooler weighs only 7.1 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CAD flow analysis. Integrated air baffles in the inlet ensure even filling of the intercooler. The connection diameter at the inlet and outlet has been enlarged to 60/50 mm. The kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible backpressure. This makes this kit perfect for racing. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (1:1 swap). Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
