The Eventuri Z4 B58 intake system is comprised of a series of purpose-built components manufactured to the highest standards. Made from 100% pre-preg carbon fiber with no fiberglass, it features a smooth internal surface that maintains smoother airflow.
Each intake system consists of:
Dual-feed carbon fiber airbox
Custom-built high-flow dry cone filter
Carbon fiber inlet pipe with 111mm ID opening
CNC-machined temperature sensor mount
CNC-machined breather adapter
Gold-reflective heat shield
Laser-cut stainless steel brackets
Silicone coupler with OEM-spec clamps
Dual-feed carbon fiber airbox
Made from pre-preg carbon fiber, the airbox seals the filter from engine bay heat and provides a dual feed of cold air. Since the airbox is located next to the exhaust manifold, it’s crucial that the filter be completely sealed. Therefore, the airbox was designed to encapsulate the filter while providing ample internal volume. To seal the intake pipe, a laser-cut plate with a rubber sealing strip that attaches to the airbox was designed. The intake pipe passes through the plate, and the rubber seal ensures that heated air doesn’t enter the airbox. To further reduce heat absorption, an additional heat shield with a gold reflective layer is placed on the side of the exhaust manifold, effectively combating radiant heat transfer.
