During the development phase, we spent considerable time determining the most efficient Y-pipe design. This final product is the result of our careful consideration and extensive development work! Our pipe combines optimal flow and a lightweight design, a combination we achieved by using lightweight mandrel-bent aluminum tubing in tandem with a high-quality, 3D-designed freeform casting for the most complex shapes.
The entire assembly is finished in an attractive black powder coat, giving it a look that matches its performance!
When ordering the Y-pipe, two specially designed, high-quality silicone hoses are also included. These are available in three different designs, depending on whether the Y-pipe is being installed on a car with original intercoolers or do88 performance intercoolers. You can choose which hoses you want from the list above.
Please note that original parts are often designed for the power output of the car at the time of delivery. If the power is increased compared to the original, the Y-pipe may prevent you from using the engine’s full potential. Therefore, even with increased boost pressure, a software update, or a chip, our Y-pipe will improve performance!
The do88 performance Y-pipe is supplied as an all-in-one package with all the necessary components for installation.
