This ultra-high-flow Y-Pipe Kit will increase the performance of your 991!
– Much larger internal diameter for improved airflow, up to 58% more!
– Made from 2.5″ (63 mm) mandrel-bent aluminum tubing.
– The tubing has two methanol injection connections (1/8 – 27 NPT). The tubing comes with blanking plugs for these connections.

At the beginning of the development process for this product, we spent a lot of time thinking about the best way to build a Y-pipe, and here is the result of our conclusions and development process! Our tubing has both excellent flow and low weight, which is achieved by assembling lightweight mandrel-bent tubing with a high-quality, free-form 3D-designed cast joint between them. We then welded CNC-machined connections for the vent hoses and BOV onto the cast part.
This construction adds a lot of performance but only a hint of extra weight.
The tubing is then powder-coated. High-quality finish that makes them look as good as they perform! You can choose between the more subtle semi-gloss black and a cool silver metallic finish.
The kit also includes two custom-designed, high-quality silicone hoses, available in two different versions. The version you need depends on whether you’ll be installing the Y-pipe with OEM intercoolers or do88 performance intercoolers. You can choose your hoses from the drop-down list above.
In terms of airflow performance, our Y-pipe significantly outperforms the OEM Y-pipe, with a 58% increase in flow for the same pressure drop!
Please note that OEM parts are designed for the power level for which the car was originally built. An increase in power can cause your stock Y-pipe to slow down your engine’s power. So, even on an engine with a software tune, the do88 performance Y-pipe will provide a performance increase over the OEM Y-pipe!
