This extremely high-flow Y-Pipe Kit will increase the performance of your 991!

– Made from 2.5″ (63mm) mandrel-bent aluminum tubing.
– The tubing has two connections for methanol injection (1/8 – 27 NPT). The tubing comes with blanking plugs for these connections.

At the beginning of the development process for this product, we spent a lot of time considering the preferred way to construct a Y-pipe, and here is the result of our conclusions and development process! Our tubing has both excellent flow rate and low weight, which is achieved by assembling lightweight mandrel-bent tubing with a high-quality 3D freeform cast joint between them. We then welded the CNC-machined connections for the BOV and vent hoses onto the cast part.
This construction adds a lot of performance but only a little extra weight.
The tubing is then finished with a high-quality powder coating that Makes them look as good as they perform! You can choose between the more subtle semi-gloss black and a cool metallic silver finish.
The kit also includes two custom-designed, high-quality silicone hoses, available in two different versions. The version you need depends on whether you’ll be installing the Y-pipe with OEM intercoolers or do88 performance intercoolers. You can choose the hoses in the drop-down list above.
When it comes to airflow performance, our Y-pipe completely outperforms the OEM Y-pipe with a 58% increase in flow at the same pressure drop!
Please note that OEM parts were designed for the power level for which the car was originally built. An increase in power can cause the stock Y-pipe to hold back engine power. So, even on an engine with a software tune, the do88 performance Y-pipe will offer a performance increase over the OEM Y-pipe!
