This kit includes all the hoses and tubes to and from the intercooler. The kit is designed to complement and further enhance the performance of the do88 Performance Intercooler, featuring a Garrett core rated for up to 1,000 hp. OEM charge hoses are suboptimal for airflow, with several sharp, tight bends that restrict flow. The do88 hose kit is significantly larger with smooth transitions, offering a 31% increase in airflow!
The kit features a large 70mm (2 3/4″) aluminum hot-side pipe from the turbo to the intercooler. This pipe does away with the flat, restrictive design found between the engine and the internal steering gear on the OEM pipe. It’s painted in a subtle matte black powder coat for a sleek look and long-lasting protection.
On the cold side, our system eliminates two potential leak points. The cast aluminum boost pipe extends from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body. The pipe has a massive 86mm connection to the intercooler compared to the OE 64mm piece. This connection matches the internal diameter of the do88 Performance Intercooler of 80mm, for a smooth transition. The pipe also has two CNC-machined 1/8 NPT connections, perfect for methanol injection or the outlet for a boost pressure sensor.
All included pipes are reinforced with 4 layers, ensuring they can withstand extreme pressures and temperatures. High-performance intercoolers. The hoses feature an internal step at the hose connections for a smooth transition between hoses, effectively reducing airflow turbulence. The kit is completed with sturdy, high-quality hose clamps for a secure, leak-free fit.
We sell this kit in two versions depending on the intercooler you have on your car. One version features hoses adapted for the OE-sized intercooler connections (70 mm). The other version comes with hoses adapted to fit the do88 Performance Intercooler (ICM-420) with larger hose connections (80 mm).
