The Eventuri G20 B48 intake system consists of a series of components designed to perform a specific purpose and manufactured to the highest standards. Made of 100% pre-preg carbon fiber with no fiberglass, which provides a smooth internal surface and maintains smoother airflow.
Each intake system consists of:
- Dual-feed carbon fiber airbox
- Custom-built high-flow dry cone filter
- Carbon fiber inlet pipe
- CNC-machined temperature sensor mount
- CNC-machined vent adapters
- Gold-reflective heat shield
- Laser-cut stainless steel brackets
- Silicone reducer with OEM-spec clamps
Dual-feed carbon fiber airbox Air intake
Made of prepreg carbon fiber, the airbox seals the filter from the heat of the engine compartment and provides a dual supply of cold air. Since the airbox is located next to the exhaust manifold, it is crucial that the filter be completely sealed: for this reason, a laser-cut plate with a rubber sealing strip that attaches to the airbox was designed. The intake hose passes through the plate, and the rubber seal ensures that heated air does not enter the airbox. To further reduce heat absorption, an additional heat shield with a gold reflective layer is placed on the side of the exhaust manifold, effectively combating radiant heat transfer.
