INTERCOOLER KIT
The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions: 515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm [stepped] = 16.5 L. It offers an 84% larger flow surface and a 101% greater charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed high-performance mesh from the competition provides adjacent components, such as the water cooler, with sufficient airflow. It is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal flow diverters. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. Integrated air baffles in the inlet ensure even filling of the intercooler. This results in excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. This makes this kit ideal for racing. It also features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity, ensuring permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and crossmember form a stable unit, and thanks to the new high-performance racing mesh, it weighs only 14.3 kg. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (1:1 ratio). Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable.
