INTERCOOLER KIT
The EVO3 intercooler kit for the Audi TTRS 8J is a further development of the EVO 2 intercooler kit.
The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions: 515 mm x 367 [274] mm x 95 mm. It offers 120% more flow surface and 142% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed high-performance competition mesh ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CAD flow analysis. Integrated air deflectors in the inlet ensure even airflow throughout the intercooler. Excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure make this kit perfect for racing. The intercooler and original crossmember form a stable unit, and thanks to the new high-performance racing mesh, it weighs just 11.2 kg. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (1:1 ratio). Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance.

The downpipe kit for Audi TTRS 8J / RS3 8P with catalyst diameter from 90 mm to 2 x 70 mm, completely made of high-quality 1.4301 (SS304) stainless steel, without pre-cat, includes:
1 lambda probe connection
2 racing main catalytic converters (100 cells/inch)
100% perfect fit, simply replace with a standard part
Less thermal load on the turbocharger
