200001146 – Racing Intercooler Kit for Audi RS6 C6 4F 426KW / 580PS (2008-2010)
The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new type of racing mesh (tubular fin), specifically developed for the demanding requirements of the Audi RS6 C6. Our newly developed HD fin type is used to achieve the best possible performance. The external dimensions of each intercooler mesh are 283 mm x 225 mm x 90 mm + 283 mm x 193 mm x 55 mm (stepped mesh: 8.73 liters). This high-performance intercooler offers 79% more external mesh volume than the original intercooler.
As usual, the die-cast aluminum end boxes were designed using CAD and optimized with CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. This makes this kit perfect for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
The original air ducts can still be used. The original additional water cooler is replaced by the water cooler included in the kit and positioned at the front behind the new crossmember. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (plug and play).
An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, ensuring a permanent and optimal cooling effect. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
