Wagner Tuning Racing Intercooler Kit for Kia Stinger GT 3.3 BiTurbo
The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new type of racing mesh (finned tube) measuring 600 mm x 445 (315) mm x 105 (60) mm [stepped design], developed specifically for the Kia Stinger GT.
This high-performance mesh offers 175% more flow area and 183% more mesh volume than the original intercooler.
The die-cast aluminum end boxes were designed using CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). An integrated air baffle inside the cooler inlet ensures even filling of the intercooler. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. Furthermore, the newly developed high-performance racing mesh provides adjacent components, such as the water cooler, with sufficient airflow through the use of a specially designed air deflector, and is also very lightweight. This makes this kit perfect for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects the WAGNER TUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, ensuring a permanent and optimal cooling effect. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (plug and play).
