200001140 – The newly developed Competition EVO2 intercooler kit for the Audi RS4 B5.
The high-performance intercoolers have the following mesh dimensions (255 mm x 260 mm x 120 mm) and therefore offer a 43% larger flow surface and a 147% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed high-performance competition mesh offers maximum cooling properties based on the latest fin tube technology. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CAD flow analyses. The intercooler kit was developed specifically for the extremely high performance levels of the Audi RS4, which is why the connection diameter has been increased to Ø65 mm on both sides.

This kit also includes visually appealing carbon air ducts.
Installation takes place at the original mounting points. However, installing these intercoolers requires significant modifications to the vehicle (see installation instructions).
