200001139 – The revised Competition EVO1 Gen.2 intercooler kit for the Audi RS4 B5.
The high-performance intercoolers have the following mesh dimensions (255 mm x 265 mm x 90 mm) and thus offer a 46% larger flow surface and 89% greater charge air volume than the original intercoolers. The newly developed high-performance competition mesh offers improved cooling properties based on the latest tube-fin technology. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using CAD flow analyses. The intercooler kit was developed specifically for the high demands of the Audi RS4. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! In a direct comparison with the Gen. 1 Performance intercooler, significant improvements could be seen.
This kit also includes visually appealing carbon fiber air ducts. Installation is via the original mounting points and is very easy. Inlet Ø55mm – Outlet Ø65mm
