The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm [stepped] = 16.5 L) and therefore offers an 84% larger flow surface and a 101% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed high-performance competitive mesh provides adjacent components, such as the water cooler, with sufficient air flow. It is a high-quality tubular fin network with internal turbulators. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system. With the help of the air baffles integrated in the inlet, the intercooler is filled evenly. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. Therefore, this kit is ideal for racing. Furthermore, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and crossmember form a stable unit and, thanks to the new high-performance racing mesh, weighs only 14.3 kg. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy to perform (1:1 exchange). Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
