Wagner Tuning Competition Gen.2 redesigned intercooler kit for the Audi 4B RS6+ (USA).
(For all RS6 models with an additional water cooler behind the intercoolers)
The Wagner Tuning high-performance intercoolers have the following mesh dimensions (255x230x105) and thus offer a 39% larger flow area and 98% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh offers maximum cooling properties thanks to the use of the latest tubular fin technology. The intercooler end boxes are made of die-cast aluminum and were optimized using CAD flow analyses. The intercooler kit was developed specifically for the RS6 C5. Optimal charge air cooling with a significant increase in performance!
This kit also includes aesthetically pleasing carbon fiber air ducts. Installation is done at the original mounting points and is very easy. The Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler weighs 5.5 kg each.
