Our Competition high-performance intercooler sets new standards in cooling performance. With mesh dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm (equivalent to 17,130 cm³), it offers a 134% larger inflow area and a 105% greater charge air volume than a standard intercooler. This means your engine receives more cooled air, resulting in a significant increase in performance. Our high-performance Competition mesh is made of premium tubular fin material with internal turbulators. This combination allows for maximum heat transfer and optimal airflow to maximize cooling performance. Despite its size, our intercooler is surprisingly lightweight, weighing just 9.5 kg. This minimizes stress on the vehicle and helps improve overall performance.
The die-cast aluminum end boxes of our intercooler were developed using CAD and optimized using CFD flow analysis. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. All our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating that also has excellent thermal conductivity. This ensures long-lasting, optimal cooling, resulting in an impressive performance increase. Our kit is completely ready to install and allows for easy replacement with the stock intercooler. No elaborate conversion is required: just plug and play. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-resistant.
