With mesh dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm (equivalent to 17,130 cc), it offers an impressive 134% larger inflow area and 105% greater charge air volume than a conventional intercooler. This means your engine receives more cooled air, resulting in a significant increase in performance.
Our Competition high-performance mesh is made of high-quality tubular fin material with internal turbulators. This ensures maximum heat transfer and efficient airflow to maintain peak cooling performance.
Despite its impressive size, our intercooler is surprisingly lightweight, weighing just 9.5 kg. This minimizes stress on the vehicle and helps improve overall performance.
The kit is also optionally available with complete charge air piping. Want to get the most out of your intercooler? Our complete charge air piping kit is the answer. It includes three reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air hose for even better performance. The die-cast aluminum end boxes of our intercooler were developed and optimized using CFD flow analysis. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. All our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating, which also has excellent thermal conductivity. This ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling, resulting in an impressive increase in performance. Our kit is completely ready to install and allows for easy replacement with the stock intercooler. No elaborate conversion is required: just plug and play. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-resistant.
