The competition high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (530 mm x 220 mm x 95 mm = 11.08 l) and therefore offers a 30% larger flow surface and a 100% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. A new type of high-performance competition net (tubular fin) is used, developed specifically for the Subaru WRX STi. The die-cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow using CFD simulations. The intercooler inlets and outlets have not been modified. The intercooler’s backpressure is identical to that of the standard intercooler. An anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity protects our intercoolers from environmental influences. This ensures continuous, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is simple (plug and play) and replaces the OEM intercooler. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
