200001090 – Ford Focus RS MK3 Competition Intercooler Kit
The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (630 mm x 215 mm x 125 mm = 16.931 cm³) and therefore offers a 10% larger inflow area and 72% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance net is very lightweight, so the complete intercooler weighs only 9.2 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CAD flow analysis. Integrated air baffles in the inlet ensure even filling of the intercooler. The inlet and outlet connection diameters have been increased to 70 mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. This kit is therefore perfect for racing. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy (1:1 ratio). Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
