Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler kit, designed for the BMW 535d E60/61, 635d E63/64.
The high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions: 530 mm x 244 [134] mm x 150 [50] mm / stepped = 13.5 liters. It offers an 87% larger flow surface and a 95% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance mesh provides excellent cooling properties. The intercooler weighs 9.8 kg. Free-form, cast aluminum end caps, CAD-developed for the best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has much lower back pressure than the standard cooler. It also features an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties, ensuring optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is easy, replacing the OEM intercooler. The original charge air pipes can still be used.
