The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (520 mm x 200 mm x 100 mm / stepped = 8,110 cm³) and therefore offers a 94% larger flow surface and a 37% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance mesh provides excellent cooling properties. The intercooler weighs 7.6 kg. Free-form, cast aluminum end caps, developed using CAD, ensure the best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has significantly lower back pressure than the standard cooler. Additionally, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is easy and replaces the OEM intercooler. The original charge air hoses can still be used.
