The competition high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (660x180x110 = 13,070 cm³) and therefore offers A 14% larger inflow area and 57% greater charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance racing mesh is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 8.3 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. Additionally, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete, ready-to-install kit; simply replace with a standard intercooler – plug and play. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
