The competitor’s high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm = 17,130 cm³) and therefore offers a larger flow surface than the 134% and 105% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance racing mesh is a high-quality tubular fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 9.5 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis.
The connection diameters are Ø62 mm at the intercooler inlet and Ø67 mm at the intercooler outlet.
The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible backpressure. Furthermore, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. This kit is completely ready to install; simply replace it with a standard intercooler – plug and play. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
